I’ll Be Living In These Comfortable Lucky Brand Jeans This Fall

While I’m not an exceptionally picky shopper, I’ll admit that I’m definitely a snob when it comes to my jean collection. I’m a denim girlie through and through, so unless a dress code prohibits me from showing up to an event in my favorite pair of jeans, I’ll opt for the style time and time again. Ich war einsam – also zog ich ans andere Ende des Landes

Ein Job, der zu 100 Prozent im Homeoffice stattfindet, bringt jedoch ganz eigene Herausforderungen mit sich. Weil du so viel Zeit allein verbringst, musst du dich schon bewusst darum bemühen, zum Ausgleich deinen Feierabend mit sozialen Aktivitäten zu füllen, wenn du das möchtest. Ich war so sehr darauf aus, meiner Einsamkeit zu entkommen und neue Leute kennenzulernen, dass ich es nach meinem Umzug deutlich übertrieb und zu jedem Treffen Ja sagte, das sich über meine Kirchengemeinde ergab. Mir wurde schnell klar, dass es quasi unmöglich ist, dich an vier Tagen pro Woche mit Leuten zu treffen und gleichzeitig gut zu essen, Sport zu machen, genug zu schlafen, bei der Arbeit durchzustarten und für Familie und Freund:innen da zu sein. Weil ich damals noch keinen festen Freundeskreis hatte, erlebte ich außerdem weiterhin Phasen der Einsamkeit. Trotzdem fühlte ich mich nicht mehr ganz so hoffnungslos: Ich gehörte jetzt zu einer größeren Community aus Menschen, bei denen ich mich melden konnte, wenn ich wollte. read more
