Nnenna Echem is a content creator based in Oslo. Bevor ich sie mit neuen Aufgaben betraue, erkundige ich mich immer nach ihren Fähigkeiten, und wir haben regelmäßige Wellness-Check-ups. Ich finde es wichtig, ein sicheres und offenes Umfeld zu schaffen, in dem sie um Unterstützung bitten können.“ Georgia glaubt, dass sich dieser Ansatz im gesamten Unternehmen durchsetzt. „Ich sehe, dass die Unternehmen versuchen, dies zu einem Standard zu machen. Die Zeiten ändern sich und formale Ansätze werden weithin integriert.“
